Good night everybody! Although I am a sleep but I try to contribute about Cooking Fish, whereas, I hope it can be using for Slimming Diet. This recipe is enough interested recipe that is " Avocado and Smoked Fish". Diet Slimming food is important for your body.
Sources:
  • 2 ripe avocados.
  • 2 small gape fruit.
  • 250 g smoked fish, poached and flaked.
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots.
  • 1 cup mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind. salt and pepper.
  • lettuce cups.
  • rd capsicum strips.
Methods:
  • halve avocados, remove flesh carefully, cut into bite- size cubes.
  • sprinkle with lemon juice immediately to prevent discoloration.
  • peel grapefruit, removing all pith, break into segments.
  • halve segments.
  • lightly mix avocado, grapefruit, fish and shallots.
  • combine mayonnaise with sour cream, mustard,lemon juice, rind, and season.
  • add to fish mixture and toss carefully.
  • divide into four lettuce- lined serving bowls.
  • decorate with capsicum strips.
For 4 persons.
